Can I extend my rental?

You can extend your rental on the condition that you notify us of the extension as soon as possible (in case of last-minute extensions charges apply in comparison to current prices).

Can I modify/cancel my reservation?

You can modify or cancel your reservation by sending an email at: info@invictuscarrental.com or calling at: (0030) 6982855531 or (0030) 6982855536 at least 48 hours before cancellation or modification. No cancellation fees will apply.

What if I lose the car keys or lock the keys in the car?

In case of damaged or lost keys or if you have locked your keys in the car, please contact us at: (+30) 6982855536 or (+30) 6982855531. A partner of us will meet you, carrying a second key or we can hire a locksmith (you are charged for this service) to help you on this matter, so that you will be able to continue with your ride. Please note that issuing a new key from car dealerships is rather expensive, namely it costs about €100 to €250 and thus you will be charged for the key replacement. A fee will be also charged for reaching you where you are, covering our expenses for our partner’s services and fuel consumption.

Does the booking price vary from the final payment?

At Invictus Car Rental Corfu we want to be clear about what you will pay. The price we quote is the price you pay. There are NO HIDDEN EXTRAS.

What should I do if I have problems with my car?

Before you start driving always check the fuel warning light, especially if you do not know how far it is between gas stations. In case of a breakdown call us at: (0030) 6982855531 or (0030) 6982855536

What If I am involved in a car accident?

Firstly, you have to contact us, at the phone number, being given by our representative on the day of pick-up and then police is to come shortly in order to complete the police report & all the services that are needed.

Is there a minimum age to hire a car?

The minimum age for hiring a car is 23 years old for car groups A,B and up to 25 years old for the remaining car groups.

How do I know that my reservation is confirmed?

For all reservations an e-mail will be sent by a representative of our company after the reservation is completed.

What is the minimum rental period?

The minimum rental period cannot be less than one day (24 hours).

Can the renter choose a specific car from their desired car group, and what happens if a car from that group is unavailable?

The renter cannot choose a specific car from a certain car group. The car offered to the renter belongs to his/her desired car group. In case of no availability, there is the opportunity of offering another car of the same or higher price.

Is pick-up/drop-off service available at Corfu airport, and what are the charges if the drop-off is delayed?

You are offered pick-up/drop-off from/at the airport of Corfu from 8:00 a.m. to 21:00 p.m. In case of a delayed drop-off the renter will be charged 20 euros for our representative’s customer service (included in the price).

Am i required to refuel the vehicle to the same level as when i picked it up, and is a refund provided for excess fuel?

Renters may refuel the vehicle to the same fuel level upon picking up the vehicle. NO refund is given

Are renters allowed to drive the vehicles outside of Corfu or Greece, and what are the consequences of violating this part of the contract?

All of our vehicles are not permitted to be driven outside Corfu or Greece. All ferry journeys are not permitted. Not fulfilling this part of the contract can result in serious consequences such as lawsuit.

Where are your offices located?

Our Offices are located at Corfu Airport and Dassia.

What happens if the i violate the Greek Road Traffic Law during the rental period?

In case of violation of the Greek Road Traffic Law during the rental period the renter shall pay violation fines.

What are the consequences of not reporting or paying the fines?

Failing to report or pay violation fines can result in penalties imposed by the Greek authorities.

Are pets allowed in the car, and are there any exceptions to this policy?

No pets are allowed in the car *(except for pets trained to assist individuals with disabilities).

Is there an additional charge to include an extra driver on the rental agreement?

No, the second driver is free of charge.

Are baby seats or booster seats available?

Yes, you can add a baby seat or booster seat for 3,00 euros per day.
