Rental Period

At Invictus Car Rental Corfu the minimum rental period cannot be less than one day (24 hours).The rental period starts at the time of pick-up. In case of a delayed drop-off without prior notice, charges per hour apply.

Age Requirements & Driver’s Licences

The minimum age for hiring a car is 23 years old for car groups A,B and up to 25 years old for the remaining car groups. The renter must have held a valid driver’s license for at least one year.

Payment

The renter can pay in cash or by credit card upon arrival or off line by credit card. No deposit is required, there is no need to use a credit card as a security deposit. All transactions are in euro. The currency displayed on this website is according to the exchange rates of the Bank of Greece being updated on a monthly basis. Taxes are included in the final total price (VAT 24%).

Insurance Policy

Our final prices include:
The insurance policy of Invictus Car Rental Corfu provides full insurance, covering all needs of a renter.
P.A.I (Personal Accident Insurance), covering both passengers and the driver.
T.P (Third Party Liability Coverage)
F.T.W (Fire & Theft Protection)
C.D.W. (Collision Damage Waiver) WITH EXCESS (predefined amount).
NOT valid when driving under the influence, on unpaved roads, in case of speeding, traffic violation and driving outside Corfu. You are also offered 24/7 roadside assistance.

Our final prices do not include:
Replacement of lost or damaged car keys, locks, damage to the interior, vehicle documents, car plates, use of wrong fuel or any damage occurred when driving outside Corfu. All vehicles must be driven only on paved roads.

Deposit

A deposit of “100/200€“ will be held on pick-up.

Choice of Car

The renter cannot choose a specific car from a certain car group. The car offered to the renter belongs to his/her desired car group. In case of no availability, there is the opportunity of offering another car of the same or higher price.

Pick-ups & Drop-offs

You are offered pick-up/drop-off from/at the airport of Corfu from 8:00 a.m. to 21:00 p.m. In case of a delayed drop-off the renter will be charged 20 euros for our representative’s customer service (included in the price).

Reservations

For all reservations an e-mail will be sent by a representative of our company after the reservation is completed.

Traffic Fines

In case of violation of the Greek Road Traffic Law during the rental period the renter shall pay violation fines. Failing to report or pay violation fines can result in penalties imposed by the Greek authorities.

Fuel Policy

Renters may refuel the vehicle to the same fuel level upon picking up the vehicle. NO refund is given

Driving our car rentals outside Corfu

All of our vehicles are not permitted to be driven outside Corfu or Greece. All ferry journeys are not permitted. Not fulfilling this part of the contract can result in serious consequences such as lawsuit.

Pets

No pets are allowed in the car *(except for pets trained to assist individuals with disabilities).

We retain the right to change / update our terms and conditions without notice.
